摘 要:教学理念适切与否直接影响到课堂教学的效果。由于职校教师长期沿用普通教育以学科中心为基础的教学理念,在教学目标设计、教学内容组织与教学情境构建上存在偏差。针对这一问题,以职业教育课程内容的主体——工作知识的特殊性为分析起点,并据此提出教学目标设计上加强元认知能力的培养、教学内容组织上以工作为载体组织教学内容、教学情境构建中与真实情境紧密结合并重视教师"身教"作用与同伴合作的职校教师教学理念的转变。Having or not having appropriate teaching concept directly affects the effectiveness of classroom teaching. In the light of the long-term use of the discipline-center teaching concept of general education in vocational schools, there are deviations in the design of teaching objectives, the organization of teaching contents and the construction of teaching situations. To solve this problem, this paper starts with the analysis of the particularity of the main body of the curriculum contents in vocational education-work knowledge, and puts forward the change of teaching concept of vocational school teachers to enhance the training of metacognitive ability in the design of teaching objectives, work as a carrier to organize the teaching content in the organization of teaching contents,closely link with the real situation in the construction of teaching situations and attach importance to teachers' role of "example" and peer cooperation.
