摘 要:教师的伦理形态包括教学伦理、道德伦理和学术伦理三部分,它们共同构成了教师自律和他律、责任和义务、信念和实践的共同体。教师的伦理形态将教学活动与其他社会劳动从根本上区别开来,它使教师的工作成为一种德性的实践。教师最根本的角色是伦理者角色,当代教师伦理形态的变迁指向从"成才之教"到"成人之育"的责任承诺的教学伦理、从道德角色卷入到实践价值浸润的道德伦理以及从学术伦理规制到学术伦理敏感提升的学术伦理的变迁。Teachers' ethics forms include teaching ethics, moral ethics and academic ethics, forming together the community of teacher self-disciple and other-discipline, responsibilities and obligations, and beliefs and practice. Teachers' ethics form basically distinguishes teaching activities from other social activities, which makes teachers' work a kind of moral practice. A teacher is fundamentally an ethic person. The current teachers' ethics forms contain the teaching ethics of evolution from "teaching for talents" to "educating for people", the moral ethics of evolution from moral role involvement to practical value immersion and the academic ethics of evolution from traditional discipline to conscious pursuit.
