摘  要:大学的扩招政策以及人们对知识的过度消费,导致了学历筛选作用的失效。高学历群体急剧膨胀,从而对高等教育结构的平衡造成了不利影响。运用博弈模型分析可知,扩招政策下的高校、用人单位和学生分别从自身的最优策略出发,却在整体上产生了较差的结果,这种互动促使了"过度教育"现象的形成。要缓解这一局面,需要重构学历的筛选机制,同时尊重教育自身的规律,避免经济、政治等因素的过度干预。The expansion policy of university enrollment and people's over-consumption of knowledge have led to the selective failure to the academic qualifications.The bloated groups with higher education have adversely affected the balance of higher education structure.The result of the game model analysis shows that colleges,employers and students under the enrollment expansion policy proceed in all cases from their own interests without consideration of the whole educational structure,which brings about the over-education phenomenon.To alleviate this situation,it is necessary to restructure the selective mechanism for academic qualifications,meanwhile,to adhere to the laws of education itself and avoid excessive intervention of economic and political factors.
