摘 要:目的讨论标准化病人(SP)教学对妇产科临床教学效果的影响。方法选择在我院妇产科实习的医学院学生40名作为研究对象,按照随机数字表法分成对照组(20例,传统教学)和观察组(20例,SP教学);18周后,比较两组学生临床综合能力。结果 18周后,观察组五站式考核各项得分均高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论SP教学模式能有效提高妇产科学生临床综合能力。Objective To discuss the influence of standardized patient teaching mode on the effect of clinical teaching in obstetrics and gynecology. Methods A total of 40 medical students in our obstetrics and gynecology department were selected and divided into the control group (20 cases, traditional teaching) and the observation group (20 cases, SP teaching) according to the random number table method. 18 weeks later, the clinical comprehensive abilities of the two groups were compared. Results 18 weeks later, the scores of the fve station examination of the observation group were significantly higher than those of the control group, the diference was statistically signifcant (P〈0.05). Conclusion Standardized patient teaching model can efectively improve the clinical comprehensiveability of obstetrics and gynecology students.
