摘　　要：高等职业教育的根本任务是培养面向生产、建设、管理和服务第一线需要,具有良好职业道德的高素质技能型专门人才。"双师型"教师的质量作为衡量高职院校教育教学质量的重要指标之一,如何界定现代学徒制下的"双师型"教师标准,从而保证教学过程的有效实施,变得极为重要。The basic task of higher vocational education is to cultivate high-quality skilled professionals with goodprofessional ethics for the first line of production,construction,management and service.The quality of ＂double teacher＂teachers is one of the important indexes to measure the quality of education and teaching in higher vocational colleges.Itis very important to define the standard of ＂double teachers＂ under the modern apprenticeship system so as to ensure theeffective implementation of the teaching process.
