摘 要:目的探讨基于医护合作的移动教学模式对护生临床实践能力的影响。方法 2017年6-8月,便利抽样法选择海南医学院第一附属医院实习的100名本科护生为研究对象。按照抛硬币法,将其随机分为观察组和对照组,各50名。对照组护生采用常规方法带教,观察组采用医护合作的移动教学方案。研究结束后立即使用护士核心能力量表及满意度调查表收集相关资料。结果观察组护生批判性思维和科研能力、临床护理能力、沟通能力及专业发展4个维度的得分高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05);同时,观察组护生对教学方法、学习机会、人际关系等方面的满意程度高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。结论采用医护合作的移动教学模式,可以显著提高护生的临床核心能力;同时,护生对此教学模式满意度较高。Objective To explore the effect of mobile teaching model based on doctor-nurse cooperation on nursing students' clinical practice ability.Methods By convenience sampling,100 nursing students who were having clinical practice in the first affiliated hospital of Hainan medical college from June 2017 to August 2017 were selected and randomly divided into observation group and control group,with 50 cases in each group.The control group was supervised with conventional teaching methods.and the observation group was applied with mobile intervention program based on doctor-nurse cooperation model.The nurse core competence scale and satisfaction survey were used to collect relevant information.Results The competency scores of critical thinking and scientific research,clinical nursing,communication and professional development were significantly higher in the observation group than those in the control group(all P〈0.05).In addition,students' satisfaction with teaching methods,learning opportunities,interpersonal relationships and other aspects in observation group were significantly higher than that of control group,and the difference was statistically significant(all P〈0.05).Conclusions The application of mobile teaching model based on doctor-nurse cooperation can significantly improve the core clinical competencies of nursing students as well as their satisfaction with teaching.
