摘  要:十九大报告指出,建设教育强国是中华民族伟大复兴的基础工程。思政课教师是实现民族复兴"梦之队"的筑梦者,要实现新时代教育的新使命,满足学生对高质量教学服务的需求和对自身成长与发展的期待,高校思政课教师首先要站稳课堂,提升教学能力。这就要求思想政治理论课教师要具备不断强化政治意识的能力,关注意识形态斗争、主动思想引领、勇于责任担当;具备不断增强理论自觉的能力,把握理论前沿、明辨理论是非、做到理论自觉;具备不断提升育人本领的能力,练就立德树人的过硬本领。The 19 th National Congress of the Communist Party of China(CPC)reports point out that building apowerful education country is the basic project of the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation.Teachers of Ideological and political courses is to realize national rejuvenation of the"dream team"of the dreaming,to achieve the new education mission of the new era,teaching students to meet the service quality requirements and expectations for their growth and development,the ideological and political teachers should improve the teaching ability of a class.This requires the ability to continue to strengthen political awareness,pay attention to the ideological struggle,active thoughts lead,the courage to assume responsibility;with increasing ability of theoretical consciousness,grasp the theoretical,discernment theories and theory consciousness;ability to continuously improve the educational skills,have strong ability to strengthen moral education and cultivate people.
