普通师范院校音乐专业师范生就业期望实证研究——以韩山师范学院为例

摘　　要：通过对韩山师范学院音乐专业师范生就业期望进行问卷调查,分析普通师范院校音乐专业师范生在就业去向、就业单位、就业地点、期望薪酬和就业压力的意向。结果表明,普通师范院校音乐专业师范生就业去向多元务实,创业意向强;就业单位选择求稳;就业地点倾向中小城市;薪酬期望值偏高;就业压力中等偏上。应重视就业价值观教育、创新创业教育模式、提供精准就业服务。Through the investigation by questionnaire on employment expectation of normal students majoring in music in Guangdong Hanshan Normal University,this paper analyzed the intention of music majors at normal universities in terms of employment direction,employment unit,employment place,expected salary and employment pressure empirically.The empirical results showed that the employment direction was multiple and pragmatic;entrepreneurial intention was strong;and the selection of employment unit was steady;for employment place,they tended to choose small and medium-sized cities;and the expected value of salary was high;employment pressure was above average.Therefore,we should pay attention to value education of employment,innovate the education model of entrepreneurship,and provide accurate employment service.
