摘　　要：应然的教育状态跨越至实然的教学状态是一种内生性的教育发展表征。从现代职业教育体系内生性的核心指标、教学模式衔接内部结构性错位、多元治理结构中多元主体治理复位等三个层次的内生性诉求为逻辑出发点,深入剖析中高职衔接中政府、高职院校、中职学校、企业等各利益主体的辩证关系。并以各主体利益博弈和融合域为逻辑基点,确立了构建中高职衔接多元治理的路径框架,包括做好政策、制度的制定和教育资源分配;加强内在衔接要素的对接、构建衔接实施平台;鼓励企业实施主体介入、多层次参与衔接项目;以教学模式衔接为内核,规范各要素结构性标准的制定等。The state of the education state to the actual teaching state is an endogenous education development representation. From higher vocational policy design, practical demands, and body three levels of endogenous demands as the logical starting point, in a deep insight into the dialectical relationship between government, higher vocational colleges, secondary vocational schools, businesses and so on. And interest game from the main body and the fusion domain into logical basis points, from the top design, the implementation, fusion, structure construction, such as level, put forward to higher multiple governance path in the framework.
