摘  要:功能红曲中的洛伐他汀是具有降脂功能的生物活性物质,其含量是功能红曲重要的质量指标之一。现阶段我国功能红曲产品相关标准中规定的洛伐他汀含量测定方法并不完全相同。为准确测定功能红曲中的洛伐他汀含量,该研究选取5份红曲,分别按4种功能红曲产品标准中规定的方法进行洛伐他汀含量测定,发现《中国药典》2015年版的方法会导致酸式洛伐他汀的保留时间异常、峰形不对称。其他3种标准中规定的高效液相色谱方法均可测定功能红曲中洛伐他汀酸式和内酯式构型的含量,但洛伐他汀总含量测定结果有较大差异,使用《四川省中药饮片炮制规范》2015年版的方法测定结果较好。Lovastatin, produced by functional red koji, is a beneficial bioactive substance with lipid-lowering function. The content of lovastatin is one of important quality indexes of functional red koji. However, the methods described in functional red koji related standards in China are differ-ent. In order to determine the content of lovastatin accurately, five functional red koji samples were selected, and the contents of lovastatin were determined according to four related standards. Results showed that using the method in China Pharmacopoeia the 2015 edition, the retention time of the acid forms of lovastatin was abnormal, and the acid forms of lovastatin showed the asymmetric peak shapes. Both acid and lactone forms of lovastatin were determined synchronously by HPLC methods in the other three standards, but there was much difference among the total contents of lovastatin determined by these methods. The method of Sichuan Standards for the Processing of Chinese Herbal Pieces the 2015 edition was a better one.
