摘 要:针对乡村数学教师培训重理论轻实践的现状,"TOP+X"培训模式在进行课程设计时注重理论与实践相结合.该模式以数学教师专业发展理论为引领,以乡村数学教师的知识结构现状为基础,以解决乡村数学教师的迫切需求为总目标,注重培训的主题性、目标性、实践性、选择性.在"五模双修"培训整体框架的指导下,制定明确的培训主题,每一主题下有若干目标任务,以任务驱动参训教师的教学实践活动,能够满足不同层次乡村数学教师的专业发展.初步成效主要体现在"培训认可"和"种子教师成长"两方面.The condition of rural mathematics teacher training was emphasis on theory rather than practice, the "TOP+X" training mode paid attention to the harmony of theory and practice. With the development of mathematics teachers' specialty in the lead, based on the rural mathematics teachers' knowledge structure, the "TOP+X" training general objective should meet the rural mathematics teachers' needs. It focused on the Topic, Objective, Practice and choice of training. Under the guidance of the "Five modules double majors" training general frame, the specific topics were specified. There were several objectives under each topic, many teaching activities were driven by these objectives. This mode could meet the professional development needs of different rural mathematics teachers. The initial results were reflected in two aspects, "Training Recognition" and "Seed Teacher Growth" respectively.
