摘 要:生成性教学的提出并不是要剑指教学预设,而是对因长期浸润于"一纲一本"教学管理体制中所滋生的控制性教学的反叛。一些研究者所诟病的"教师被学生牵着鼻子走""彰显新课改理念的花样百出"的教学并非本真意义上的生成性教学。生成性教学秉持以教师为本和以学生为本的人本主义教学理念,践履多种方法灵活并用的方法论主张,是一种以人为本的教学方法论。Generative teaching is opposite to the controlled teaching resulted from the long-existing teaching management system of "One Textbook and One Outline". The kind of teaching criticized by some researchers as "Teachers are led by students." and "Teaching becomes diversified as a result of the ideas of new curriculum reform." is actually not the generative teaching in its true meaning. Generative teaching sticks to the humanist teaching ideas which are both teacher-oriented and student-or/ented, and it practices the methodology of diversity and flexibility, which is a kind of people-oriented teaching methodology.
