高职现代学徒制专业课程教学模式探讨——以“汽车保险与理赔”为例

摘　　要：随着高等职业教育改革的深入,现代学徒制在高职院校逐渐推广普及。专业课程教学是现代学徒制人才培养的重要途径。针对主要以中职应、往届生源为主的现代学徒制高职教育,以三年现代学徒制汽车营销服务专业的"汽车保险与理赔"课程为例,探讨了现代学徒制专业课程的教学模式。通过三年实践,分别开展了传统PPT课堂授课模式、基于精品资源课程的教学模式和基于互联网+的线上线下翻转课堂教学模式的教学,发现基于互联网+的翻转课堂教学模式在能调动学生学习积极性的情况下是最优的。With the reform of higher vocational education deepening, the modern apprenticeship system has been popularized and popularized in higher vocational colleges. The teaching of professional courses is an important way for the cultivation of modern apprenticeship talents. Explored teaching mode of modern apprenticeship with the course of＂automobile insurance and claim settlement＂which is the core curricula of automobile marketing service speciality, the three year modern apprenticeship of higher vocational education for secondary vocational schools and past students. The model of flipped class with internet plus is optimal between the three teaching modes of traditional PPT class teaching, based on curriculum resources quality teaching and flipped class with Internet plus online teaching after three years＇ practices, if the enthusiasm of students learning can be aroused.
