校企合作实践教学模式培养材料学专业研究生的探索

摘　　要：依靠校企合作培养材料专业研究生,可为合作企业培养高层次、高素质、应用型专门人才。本文结合作者在材料学领域培养研究生的经历,总结校企合作方面的经验,主要包括在培养方式改革、研究生课程体系建设、师资人才队伍建设、实践教学和校外实习基地建设等,形成了培养过程监控与培养质量评价等方面的经验,推进校企合作培养专业学位研究生培养方式的创新。Relying on university -entcrprise cooperation to train the graduate students of materials, we can cultivate high-level, high-quality and application-oriented talents for cooperative enterprises. Based on the author experience of graduate student training in the field of material science, this paper summarized the experiences of university-enterprise cooperation, mainly including the cultivation mode reform, graduate student curriculum system construction, talents team construction, practice teaching and off-campus practice base construction, etc. to form the cultivation process monitoring and quality evaluation of experience, promote the cooperation between colleges cultivate professional degree graduate cultivating mode innovation.
