摘  要:马铃薯贮藏期发芽与腐烂现象给其加工产业带来了巨大经济损失和食用安全隐患,应用抑芽及防腐技术,可抑制发芽和延长贮藏时间,亦可有效降低病害发生,减少腐烂。因此简要概述目前常用于马铃薯贮藏期抑芽及防腐技术的研究现状,同时阐述当前新技术的研究进展、展望其应用现状和前景,以期为马铃薯贮藏及加工产业的发展提供参考。Sprouting and rotting of potato in storage brought great economic losses and food safety problems to its processing industry, through using anti-bud and anti-corrosion technologies, it could better inhibit potato sprouting, and extend the storage time, it also was reduced effectively disease occurs and decay. So, it was briefly summarized with the current research on the development of the commonly used anti-bud and anti-corrosion technologies in potato storage, and elaborated the current research progress of some cutting-edge technology and its application prospect, in order to certain reference basis, which was provided for potato storage researched and industrial development.
