摘  要:随着社会的快速发展,想在社会中站稳脚跟,拥有一技之长是必不可缺的。俗话说"民以食为天",近些年来,餐饮业发展迅速,市场潜力巨大,前景广阔,因此,学习烹饪技术成为一个非常好的选择,既可以在酒店做厨师,也可以自己开饭店。但当前我国职校的烹饪专业教学中存在着一些问题,严重影响教学质量。笔者根据自己多年的教学经验,就烹饪教学中出现的问题进行简述,并提出自己的建议,希望起到抛砖引玉的作用。With the rapid development of society, we want to gain a foothold in society, have a skill is indispensable. As the saying goes, "hunger breeds discontentment"the catering industry has developed rapidly in recent years, the market potential is huge, the prospect is broad, therefore, learning cooking technology is a very good choice, not only can cook in the hotel, also can open their own hotel. However, there are some problems in cooking specialty teaching in vocational schools, which seriously affect the quality of teaching. This article is the author according to his many years of teaching experience, the problems in cooking teaching are briefly described, and put forward their own suggestions, hope to play a role in throwing bricks and jade.
