摘　　要：目的:对我国市场上各类预包装食品进行碳水化合物和能量监测和分析,为评估居民膳食能量、碳水化合物来源和摄入水平、指导居民合理膳食提供依据。方法:通过调查市场上主要预包装食品营养标签,记录和分析了3 762条预包装食品能量及碳水化合物含量数据,获得均值和标准差。结果:在各类预包装食品中,主食和方便速食食品(冷冻米面制品除外)、膨化食品、糕点/甜点、饼干、坚果种子、糖果(果冻除外)、部分饮料和冷饮、奶粉、糖及甜味料含碳水化合物和总能量较高;海苔、奶酪、奶油、部分酱及酱制品、植物油总能量含量较高;果酱、果脯/蜜饯、果蔬干碳水化合物含量较高。结论:市场上高能量、高碳水化合物预包装食品普遍存在,居民需合理选择预包装食品,并注意控制摄入总量。【Objective】To collect and analyze the data on the carbohydrate and calorie content of Chinese pre-packaged foods,and provide basis for assessment of dietary carbohydrate and calorie source and intake,and guide the reasonable diet. 【Method】Totally 3762 data on the carbohydrate and calorie content of pre-packaged foods were recorded,classified and analyzed through the investigation of food nutrition labels. Mean carbohydrate and calorie content and standard deviations were calculated for every variety of food. 【Result】Pre-packaged foods with both high carbohydrate and total calorie include staple and fast food（ freeze flour products except）,puffed food,desserts,biscuits,nuts and seeds,candy（ jelly except）,soft drinks,milk powder,sugar and sweeteners. Seaweed,cheese,cream,part of sauce products,vegetable oil were only high in calories. Jam,dried/candied fruit and vegetables were only high in carbohydrates. 【Conclusion】 The carbohydrate and calorie content of different varieties of Chinese pre-packaged foods is widely distributed,people should modestly choose pre-packaged foods,and control their intake strictly.
