摘 要:改革开放40年来,我国教师在职教育经历了"恢复重建""改革扩展""全面转型"和"协同发展"四个重要发展阶段,取得了显著成效。由于传统观念、办学机制、发展条件等多方面原因,我国教师在职教育仍然较为薄弱。而要达到有效促进教师终身学习和专业发展的目标,未来我国教师在职教育必须基于结果导向、系统设计、激活动力、伙伴协作和专业升级等绩效管理理念,推进专业化转向。In the past four decades since the reform and opening-up, the in-service teacher education in China has passed through four important stages of development, including recovery and reconstruction, reform and expansion, comprehensive transformation and coordinated development, having achieved remarkable results. Because of the traditional concept, the managment system, the development condition and other reasons, the in-service teacher education is still crawling on the way as the weak part of education in China. The future inservice teacher education should become professional, based on some concepts on performance management including of Result-oriented, System Design, Internal Dynamics, Partnerships and Professional Upgrading, so that our country would effectively achieve the goal of promoting the teachers' lifelong learning and professional development.
