生本教育理念下高职院校教学管理对策研究

摘　　要：随着高校招生规模不断扩大,高职学生的文化基础呈现普遍下滑的趋势,传统高校教育教学理念和管理模式已无法适应实际教学与管理的需要。应基于生本教育理念,分析高职院校学生特点,继而探索出适合高职院校的教学和管理方式。With the expanding of enrollment in colleges,the cultural foundation of students in higher vocational colleges are declining.The traditional teaching concept and management methods can no longer meet the new needs of colleges.Based on students-Centered education concept,this paper analyzed the characteristics of students in higher vocational colleges and explored some countermeasures of teaching and management methods that are suitable for higher vocational colleges.
