摘 要:生理学是重要的医学基础必修课程,其理论性强、内容抽象,学生往往难以理解和掌握。主流的LBL、PBL、TBL、CBL、RBL、ReBL等教学法各有利弊,单一的教学方法已无法满足现代医学教育的需求。因此,将多种教学方法有机结合在一起,以提高教学质量,培养学生综合能力,是未来教学模式的发展趋势。本文就常用几种教学方法的特点展开讨论,并简要介绍在生理学教学中整合应用多种教学模式的实践体会,为深化教学改革、提高教学质量提供参考。Physiology is an important compulsory course of basic medicine, which is too theoretical and content abstract to understand and grasp. Teaching methods like lecture-based learning(LBL), problem-based learning(PBL), team-based learning(TBL), case-based learning(CBL), research-based learning(RBL) and resources-based learning(Re BL) both have advantages and disadvantages. Each single teaching method has been unable to meet the needs of modern medical education. Therefore, the organic combination of such teaching methods, in order to improve the quality of teaching and cultivate students' comprehensive ability, is the future development trend of the teaching mode. This article has discussed the characteristics of some common methods of teaching, and briefly introduced the practical experience of integrated application of various teaching methods in physiology, so as to provide reference for deepening teaching reform and improving teaching quality.
