摘　　要：教师评学工作是教育教学质量监控体系的一个重要组成部分,作为教学评价的重要环节,对促进整体教学质量的提升、教师课堂教学水平的提升以及学生学业水平的提高有着重要的意义。高职院校要从建立教师评学制度、构建教师评学指标体系、采取多样的教师评学手段等几个方面构建教师评学工作体系。The work of learning evaluation is an important part of the monitoring system of education and teaching quality.As an important link of teaching evaluation, it is significant for promoting the overall teaching quality, the class teaching level,and the increase of student academic level. Higher vocational colleges should establish the learning evaluation system from establishing the learning evaluation system, constructing the evaluation index system, and adopting various learning evaluation methods.
