摘　　要：通过研究上三角矩阵的标准简约型的存在性及唯一性,得出有限域上的上三角矩阵环的零因子图的自同构,改进了文献[9](Wang L.,Linear Alg Appl,2015,465:214-220)的主要结论.By studying existence and uniqueness of standard reduced form for an upper triangular matrix, the automorphisms of Γ（ T ） are characterized, which improves the main theorem of [9] by Wang L. （Linear Alge Appl, 2015, 465： 214-220）, where Γ（ T ） refers to the zero-divisor graph of upper triangular matrix ring over a finite field.
