以在线教育连接扶贫与养老的互联网＋产业链

摘　　要：扶贫和养老是党的十九大提出的重点工作领域。为高效妥善地解决这两大难题,可搭建互联网+教育和服务平台,依托在线教育的形式,以退休养老人员闲置知识资源代替紧缺的在职扶贫人力资源,对贫困人员进行培训和再教育,以达到教育输血式扶贫的目的;贫困人员获得培训后,拥有相关技能者可以应聘职位为养老产业提供服务,或在重新就业后利用业余时间,以志愿者形式提供线上线下的帮助,以回馈养老产业。基于此平台,扶贫产业和养老产业互相串联、资源互换,在政府的扶持和企业的助力下,形成完整的产业链。Poverty alleviation and old-age care are the main work tasks proposed by the CPC＇s 19th National Congress. In order to solve these two major problems efficiently and properly, we can build an Internet ＋ education and service platform, and through online education, address the shortage of active human resources for poverty alleviation by adding the idle knowledge resources of the retired people, and train and re-educate the poor to reduce poverty; after the poor receive training, those with relevant skills can apply for jobs serving the old people, the others may spend their spare time after work as volunteers providing online and offiine help to repay the old-age care industry Based on this platform, the poverty alleviation industry and the old-age care industry are integrated and resources are exchanged. With the support of the government and the assistance of enterprises, a complete industrial chain is formed.
