摘　　要：对话教学是一种符合医学道德教育本质的教学理念,但在医学伦理学教学中却常常仅被视为一种教学方法,由此带来了教学实践中的诸多问题,致使机械、僵化对话宰制课堂,形式化、虚假对话充斥课堂,精彩、深刻的讲授缺席课堂。为了改进医学伦理学对话教学,教育者必须从教学理念的高度来把握对话教学的本性,加强教学的问题导向,以真问题带动有目的性的医学伦理学教学对话,处理好课堂讲授与对话的关系,进一步营造有利于对话的精神环境。Dialogue-based teaching is a teaching idea that accords with the essence of medical moral education.But for the dialogue-based medical ethics teaching was only treated as methods,many troubles appeared in the teaching practice.Various mechanical and rigid dialogues ruled the class.Formal and false dialogues flooded the class.Wonderful and profound instructions were absent from the class.In order to improve the dialogue-based medical ethics teaching,educators must treat the dialogue-based teaching as ideas,which demands that the educators strengthen the problem-oriented teaching and drive a purposeful teaching dialogue in medical ethics by real problems,coordinate the relationship between the instruction and the dialogue,create a helpful spiritual atmosphere for the dialogue.
