摘 要:高职教育满意度调查是衡量学生对教育是否满意及实际体验与预期间差异程度的重要标尺,体现着学校对内涵建设与可持续发展的不懈追求。2016年广东轻工职业技术学院402名大三学生参与了高职教育满意度调查。研究发现,近七成为广东省县域地区家庭第一代大学生;超过八成的学生毕业后准备就业;学生对学校教育总体较为满意,但不同专业学生差异较大;成长满意度等8个因素影响较大;学生对师生课外交流、心理咨询工作、参与学校管理、教学管理、国际化发展、基础设施建设等方面的满意度较低。对此,学校应多管齐下,有针对性地改进问题、自我完善。The satisfaction survey of higher vocational education is an important ruler to measure educational quality and the degree of difference between actual experience and expectation,which reflects the college's pursuit of connotation construction and sustainable development. It is of great significance both in theory and practice to carry out the investigation from the perspective of fresh graduates. In 2016,402 junior students from Guangdong Industry Polytechnic participated in the survey on the satisfaction of higher vocational education organized by the National Institute of Education Sciences. The study found that nearly 70% are the first generation college students of their families in the rural areas of Guangdong,more than 80% are ready to work after graduation,students are generally satisfied with college education,but there are great differences among kinds of majors,8 factors such as education satisfaction have a greater impact on students. At the same time,students are less satisfied with after-class communication,psychological counseling,school management participation,teaching management,international development and infrastructure construction. Therefore,based on the findings,we should take several measures to solve the problems.
