摘　　要：高校思想政治理论课是社会主义大学性质的体现。高校思想政治理论课是广大青年学生成人成才的思想基础和行动指南,是贯彻落实"立德树人"根本宗旨的主渠道和主阵地。讲好思想政治理论课,是思政教师义不容辞的使命。新时代高校思政教师只有正确认识理解和把握高职思政课特殊性,认真学习理解和把握党的十九大报告、习近平系列重要讲话的精神实质,才能使讲好思政课成为一种常态。Ideological and political theory courses in colleges and universities reflect the nature of socialist universities. It is the ideological basis and action guide for the majority of young students to become adults. It is also the duty of teachers to teach ideological and political theory well. In new era, teachers＇ teaching ideological and political theory courses well can become the normal state, only with correct understanding, grasping the particularity of higher vocational education courses, learning and grasping the spirit of the report at the 19th National Congress of the Communist Party of China and series of Xi Jin-ping＇s important speeches.
