教育哲学为什么要研究古典

摘　　要：教育哲学遗忘、排斥甚至抛弃古典研究,是现时代精神浮躁与走向歧路的症候。教育哲学研究古典的必要性来自以下三个方面:对于研究者来说,尊重思想传统与学术脉络,以明确研究志向;在研究内容上,探寻和关怀古典传统的"大问题",以避免被时代"末流"或时髦之物所误;在研究理念上,守护古典优秀教育传统,以矫正时代精神之偏颇。Nowadays,classical studies are forgotten,rejected or abandoned by some scholars in philosophy of education due to the fickleness of modern society.The necessity of classical studies in philosophy of education lies in three aspects： as for researchers,they can set their own academic goals by respecting classical thoughts and academic tradition; as for research content,the persistent inquiry into major issues in classics may help avoid errors of academic fashion; as for research values,the fickle spirit of the time may be rectified by guarding the classical tradition of education.
