摘　　要：高职院校教师队伍建设一直是制约和影响高职教育发展的主要因素之一,目前仍然存在比较突出的问题。文章依据现代人力资源管理理论,遵循高职教育规律特点及其对教师队伍的基本要求,针对当前高职院校教师队伍建设的实际现状和常见问题,尤其是具有核心地位的绩效管理和薪酬体系模块给出了一些具体的分析建议。The construction of teaching staff in Higher Vocational Colleges has always been one of the main factors that restrictand influence the development of higher vocational education. According to the modern human resource management theory, followingthe characteristics of the law of higher vocational education and the basic requirements for the teachers, this paper gives some specific suggestions on the current situation and common problems of the construction of teachers in Higher Vocational Colleges, especiallyon the core status of performance management and compensation system module.
