摘　　要：在现代职业教育中,现代学徒制人才培养模式在职业院校中越来越受到重视与推崇,本文主要从现代学徒制特点、主要目标、具体措施这三个方面阐述了如何做好职业院校汽车类专业现代学徒制人才培养工作。In modern professional education, the modern apprenticeship talent training model is getting more and more attention and respection. This paper introduces how to do a good job of the modern apprenticeship talent training of automobile major in vocational college from the characteristics of the modern apprenticeship system, the main target and the specific measures.
