摘  要:深化校企合作是我国现代职业教育未来发展的基本方向。在我国企业人力资源需求显著变化的背景下,抽样调查8省15市766家企业的校企合作现实意愿及其影响因素,结果发现:当前企业参与校企合作的总体意愿较为强烈;企业开展校企合作的动机以人力资源为核心的企业战略发展为主,更倾向于初级合作形式,不同类型企业在校企合作动机和形式上表现出一定规律性差异;企业在合作中的影响因素较多,职业院校的合作绩效是首要因素,据此,提出主动回应企业需求,政府实施差异化政策,院校开展系统性变革等专业建议。Deepening school-enterprise cooperation is the basic direction of the future development of China's modern vocational education. Under the background of the significant change of human resource demand in China's enterprises, the real intention and influencing factors of 766 enterprises in school-enterprise cooperation are investigated in 15 cities and 8 provinces. The results show that the overall intention of enterprises to participate in school-enterprise cooperation is relatively strong; the motive of enterprises in school-enterprise cooperation is based on the strategic development of human resources, which is more inclined to the form of primary cooperation; different types of enterprises have shown certain regularity differences in the motivation and form of school-enterprise cooperation; there are many influential factors in the cooperation, and the cooperation performance of vocational colleges is the most important factor. It is suggested that the government should respond to the needs of the enterprises actively, the government implements the policy of differentiation, and the institutions carry out systematic changes.
