摘  要:目的:探讨情景模拟教学法在提高护理实习生(简称护生)临床岗位胜任力中的应用。方法:在护生实习过程中,对照组采用常规教学法,观察组在常规教学法的基础上穿插进行情景模拟教学法,比较2组在一轮实习结束后在知识维度、行为维度和态度维度的差异。结果:2组护生在知识维度方面差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);行为维度和态度维度方面,观察组明显优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:情景模拟教学法能明显改善护理实习生的行为维度和态度维度,有助于提高护生的岗位胜任力。Objective: To explore the application of scenario simulation teaching method in improving the clinical competency of nursing interns. Methods: Nursing students were divided as the control group with the routine teaching method and the observation group with the situational simulation teaching method based on the conventional teaching method in their clinical practice, and then the differences in their knowledge dimension,behavior dimension and the attitude dimension were compared between the two groups by the end of one round of practice. Results: There was no significant difference in knowledge dimension between the two groups(P〉0.05), but the observation group was significantly better than the control group in behavior dimension and attitude dimension(P〈0.05). Conclusion: Scenario simulation teaching method can significantly improve the behavior dimension and attitude dimension of nursing interns, and help improve the job competency of nursing students.
