高职院校专业教育中融合创新创业教育路径研究

摘　　要：对于高职院校来说,开展创新创业教育可以更好地培养人才。各个专业教育中融合创新创业教育,学生在这样的教学模式下自然提高了创新意识,通过教师的指导也提高了个人的创新创业能力,真正成为社会需要的应用型人才,与现代社会第三产业对岗位人才的要求相适应。对于一个成功的创业者来说,他们不仅要具备一定的专业背景知识,还要有创新创业能力,实现两者的有机融合才能让更多的高职学生在自己的领域中有所创新。分析高职院校专业教育融合创新创业教育的意义,研究高职院校专业教育融合创新创业教育的现状,提出高职院校专业教育融合创新创业教育的有效途径。For higher vocational colleges,carrying out innovation and entrepreneurship education can better train talents. Combining innovation and entrepreneurship education in all professional education,students naturally improve their awareness of innovation in this teaching mode. Through the guidance of teachers,they also improve individual innovation and entrepreneurship,truly become applied talents of social needs,and the tertiary industry of modern society. The requirements for job talents are adapted. For a successful entrepreneur,they must not only possess certain professional background knowledge,but also have the ability to innovate. The organic integration of the two can enable more vocational students to innovate in their own fields. It analyzes the significance of the integration of professional education and innovation and entrepreneurship education in higher vocational colleges,studies the current situation of professional education integration of innovation and entrepreneurship education in higher vocational colleges, and proposes effective ways of integrating professional education and innovation and entrepreneurship education in higher vocational colleges.
