摘　　要：临床医学专业是中国来华留学教育重要组成部分之一。留学生的实验诊断学教学存在教学方式单一、教学内容理论与实际脱节和教学效果不理想等问题。本研究探讨围绕不同系统疾病编排教学内容、引入案例教学、着重分析能力培养和加强现场教学等教学模式的改变,以提高教学质量。结果表明,学生的学习兴趣、知识掌握程度和分析能力都有不同程度提高。Education of Bachelor of medicine and bachelor of surgery（ MBBS） is one of the most important parts of foreign student education in China. There are some problems in teaching of Laboratory Diagnosis,such as simple teaching methods,separation of theory and practice in teaching content and unsatisfactory teaching efficiency. We investigated how to improve teaching quality by rearranging teaching content around different diseases,bringing in case-based teaching,stressing training of analytical ability and reinforcing on-site training.The results indicated different degrees of improvement in students＇ interest,mastering of knowledge and analytical ability.
