摘  要:目的:探讨临床护理教师心理资本与评判性思维能力及胜任力的关系。方法:采用心理资本量表、评判性思维能力测量表、临床护理教师胜任力测量表对某三级甲等教学医院263名临床护理教师进行问卷调查。结果:临床护理教师心理资本与评判性思维能力及胜任力均显著相关,临床护理教师心理资本在评判性思维能力与胜任力的关系中起部分中介作用。结论:护理管理者可以通过对临床护理教师心理资本的开发和评判性思维能力的培养,提升其临床护理及教学的胜任力水平。Objective To explore how psychological capital mediates the relationship between critical thinking and competency of clinical nursing teachers.Methods A total of 263 clinical nursing teachers from a class A tertiary general teaching hospital were investigated with version of nurses' psychological capital questionnaire,critical thinking disposition inventory-Chinese version and competency assessment scale for clinical nursing teachers.Results The psychological capital of clinical nursing teachers is significantly related to critical thinking and competence,and the psychological capital plays a partial mediating role in the relationship between critical thinking and competency.Conclusion Nursing administrators can improve clinical nursing teachers' competency by developing clinical nursing teachers' psychological capital and cultivate critical thinking.
