摘  要:目的分析双向思维与案例模拟复合教学法在诊断学课程教学中的应用效果。方法对照组60名学生采用传统教学法,实验组60名学生采用双向思维与案例模拟复合教学法,经学科成绩、教学效果评价等内容比较,评价两组教学效果差异情况。结果实验组学生的理论考核成绩为(81.3±1.6)分、实践考核成绩为(93.2±2.1)分,均高于对照组,两组差异有统计学意义(P<0.01);实验组学生对诊断学课程内容、授课形式、学习兴趣、知识理解与记忆方面评价得分均高于对照组,两组差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论双向思维与案例模拟复合教学法在诊断学课程教学中优于传统教学法,有助于医学生创新性临床思维模式的培养。Objective To analyze the effect of the combined teaching method of two-way thinking and case simulation in the teaching of diagnostics. Methods A total of 60 students in the control group were taught by the traditional teaching method. 60 students in the experimental group were given the two-way thinking and case simulation combined teaching method. After comparing the subjects' achievements and teaching efects, teaching effects in two groups were evaluated. Results The theoretical assessment score of the students in the experimental group was(81.3 ± 1.6) and the practical assessment score was(93.2 ± 2.1), which was higher than that of the control group. The diference between the two groups was statistically signifcant (P 〈 0.01). The students in the experimental group scored higher than the control group in terms of diagnostic course content, teaching form, learning interest, knowledge understanding and memory. The diference was statistically signifcant (P 〈 0.01). Conclusion The combined teaching method of two-way thinking and case simulation is better than the traditional teaching method in the teaching of diagnostics, which is helpful for the training of correct clinical thinking mode of medical students.
