摘  要:以智慧职教教学资源库为平台,探究高职教育混合式教学研究。以《饮料生产技术》课程为研究对象,采用重组课程内容,翻转教学设计的教学理念,以学生为中心,实践线上线下混合式教学。混合式教学使得课堂交流活动得以有效延展,考核方式得以优化,极大提升学生学习兴趣,线上线下混合式教学能实现高效运行的混合式课堂,对混合式课程改革具有较好的适用性。各高职院校可充分利用智慧职教教学资源库平台,广泛开展线上线下混合课程教学,努力实践适合职业教育的课程改革。The hybrid teaching with the course of Beverage Production Technology is researched with ICVE in the higher vocational education. The course content and design are both changed based on new teaching concept,which is students are the center. The hybrid teaching makes classroom activities can be effectively extended, assessment methods can be optimized to greatly enhance student interest in learning. The hybrid teaching can effectively promote online-offline teaching and so has a good applicability in teaching reform. Vocational colleges can take full advantage of the ICVE, start hybrid teaching, and practice curriculum reform suitable for vocational education.
