摘 要:目的:PBL联合Sandwich及CBL教学法在血液科住院医师规范化培训中的应用。方法:选取2017-01~2017-08在佳木斯大学附属第一医院血液内科学习的80名内科住院医师为研究对象,将其随机分为PBL联合Sandwich及CBL教学法组和传统组。教学结束后,以理论考试和临床技能测试的成绩为考核依据。结果:PBL联合Sandwich及CBL教学法的理论成绩和临床技能测试成绩均高于传统组(P<0.05),采用新型联合教学法可提高住院医师的学习积极性、培养住院医师临床思维,有利于住院医师综合能力的培养。结论:在血液内科临床教学中,PBL联合Sandwich及CBL教学法优于传统教学法。Objective : To discuss the application of PBL combined with Sandwich and CBL teaching method in standardized training and teaching for resident physicians in hematology department. Methods: 80 house - physi- cian in department of hematopathology in the First Affiliated Hospital of Jiamusi University from January 2017 to August 2017 were chosen as research object. They were randomly dMded into PBL joint Sandwich and CBL teaching method and the traditional groups. After the teaching, resuhs of test theories and clinical skills test were collected fox assessment basis. Results: PBL combined Sandwich and CBL teaching theory results and clinical skills test scores were higher than in conventional group ( P 〈 0.05). The new joint teaching method can improve the residentg study enthusiasm and cultivating resident clinical thinking, which was beneficial for the development of the resident comprehensive ability. Conclusion: In blood internal medicine clinical teaching, the PBL joint Sandwich and CBL teaching method is superior to the traditional teaching method.
