摘　　要：文章在分析教师实践能力内涵和深化校企合作、提升教师实践能力优势的基础上,提出深化校企合作的有效路径和策略,既保证教学工作的顺利进行,又促进校企间的深度合作。Based on the analysis of connotation of the teachers＇ practical ability,improve their practical ability and deepen the cooperation between colleges and advantages on the basis of the efficient way of deepening the cooperation between colleges and put forward strategy,ensure the smooth progress of teaching,and promote cooperation between the depth of the factors.
