摘  要:临床实习阶段是与学生将来临床工作最为接近的一个时段,如何在这一阶段提高学生的主观能动性,激发学生的学习兴趣,对学生今后的临床工作及将来的持续发展极其重要,是教育工作者值得深思的问题。结合内科学临床实习的特点,为了提高内科学临床实习的教学质量,通过综合运用LBL教学法、CBL教学法、PBL教学法,形成一种适合学生发展的综合教学模式,这种教学模式能注重教学目的,发掘学生学习潜能,更好地引导学生自主学习;还能够激发学生的学习兴趣,提高分析和解决问题的能力,促进临床思维形成,从而提高教学质量。如何寻求适合内科实习教学的教学模式需要我们进一步的探索和研究。Clinical practice,the last stage before medical students' clinical work,is vital to their future career and development,therefore how to promote students' learning autonomy and interest in this stage is a question worth considering by the teachers.This paper aims to develop a comprehensive teaching mode,which integrates lecture-based learning(LBL),case-based learning(CBL) and problem-based learning(PBL),to improve the quality of clinical practice instruction of internal medicine with consideration of its teaching characteristics.This comprehensive teaching mode focuses on the teaching objectives to exploit students' potential,foster their learning autonomy and motivation,cultivate their clinical thinking and improve their problem-solving ability.In order to find an appropriate mode for clinical practice instruction of internal medicine,the teachers need to carry out further exploration and teaching research.
