摘  要:现代学徒制是学校与企业合作以师带徒强化实践教学的一种人才培养模式。新疆农业职业技术学院通过开展国家级现代学徒制园林工程技术专业培养试点,为培养与岗位对接的园林行业的高技能人才,创新构建了"双主体"人才培养模式,同时在建设校企课程结构,打造专兼师资队伍,建立考核评价体系等方面都进行了创新和实践。Modern apprenticeship is a type of talent cultivation mode in which the school cooperate with the enterprise to strengthen the practical teaching with teachers leading students.Through the development of pilot projects in the state-level modern apprenticeship garden engineering technology training,the Xinjiang Agricultural Vocational and Technical College has innovated and built a‘dual-subject'talent training model in order to foster the cultivation of high-skilled talents in the garden industry that were linked to jobs.Simultaneously,it has carried out innovations and practices in the construction of the school-enterprise curriculum structure,the establishment of a special teacher-faculty team,and the establishment of assessment and evaluation systems.
