校企合作培养工程人才存在的问题及对策研究

摘　　要：校企合作是工程教育的重要形式,然而我国目前的校企合作在实际操作中仍存在许多问题,主要表现为学校教学内容与企业需求不对口、学生实习表面化形式化、工程型教师严重缺乏这三方面。文章针对工程教育课程设置、学生实习流程、工程型教师招聘培养等方面存在的问题展开分析及研究,指出工程教育质量未能与学校利益有效挂钩是问题存在的根本原因,并据此提出了相应对策和建议。School-enterprise cooperation is an important form of engineering education; however, there are still many problems in the actual operation of school-enterprise cooperation in our country; that is, the school teaching content and business needs do not match, students practice superficial formalization, the serious lack of engineering teachers in these three aspects. This paper analyzes and studies the problems existing in the course of engineering education, the process of students＂ practice, the recruitment and training of engineering teachers, and points out that the failure of the quality of engineering education to be effectively linked to the interests of the school is the fundamental cause of the problems. Based on this, the curresponding countermeasures and suggestions are put forward.
