摘　　要：如何追求专业发展一直困惑着高职专业英语教师。专业英语教师通过对个人知识的管理,了解自己的知识结构,并进行结构调整或内容更新,养成良好的学习习惯,增强信息素养,完善自己的专业知识体系,提高自己的竞争力,为实现个人价值和可持续发展打下坚实基础。How to pursue professional development has been perplexing professional English teachers in vocational colleges. Through the management of personal knowledge, professional English teachers understand their own knowledge structure, and adjust the structure or update the content, so as to develop good learning habits, enhance information literacy, and improve their professional knowledge systemand improve their competitiveness, so as to lay a solid foundationfor the realization of personal values and sustainable development.
