摘 要:为了解我国中小学心理健康教育的现状和问题,对来自京、粤、川等8省市的72所中小学的94位心理教师及58位学校管理者进行问卷调查。结果表明,二者由于角色不同及对心理健康教育工作相关信息沟通不畅导致了差异的存在:(1)在心理健康教育的工作内容方面,心理教师更关注学生的亲子沟通,学校管理者更关注安全及适应性问题;(2)工作途径方面:心理教师更看重个体/团体咨询的工作方式,而管理者认为心理健康课程/讲座更重要;(3)影响因素方面:心理教师认为专业训练、设施及经费是重要的影响因素,而学校管理者认为主要是心理教师的专业素质、课程设置、教师及家长的参与等。In order to understand the current situation and problems of mental health education in primary and secondary schools in China,94 mental health teachers and 58 school administrators from 72 primary and secondary schools from 8 provinces,such as Beijing,Guangdong,Sichuan and so on were investigated by questionnaire. The results show that the difference between the two roles and mental health education related information communication leads to the existence of differences:( 1) In the aspect of mental health education contents,mental health teachers payed more attention to parentchild communication,and school administrators focused more on students' safety and adaptability.( 2) In the aspect of mental health education methods: mental health teachers were mainly through individual/group counseling,while administrators emphasized curriculum/lecture.( 3) The influencing factors on mental health education: mental health teachers believed that professional training,facilities and funding were important factors,while school administrators emphasized the professionalism of mental health teachers,curriculum,as well as teachers' and parental involvements.
