摘  要:在中国"一带一路"发展战略的大背景下,提升我国企业职工的外语能力以及感知多元文化差异的能力,提高对不同国家文化的包容性,是加强国际文化交流与合作实现经济共同发展与繁荣的保障。本文结合烟台职业学院在校企合作方面已经取得的经验,采用问卷调查及访谈等研究方法,提出了企业职工外语能力培养模式。这一培养模式包括提高企业职工外语能力要与专业、文化、实践相结合、要利用网络进行自主学习四个方面。employees sity is the In China today, under the background of "Belt and Road" development strategy, to improve enterprise foreign language competence and perceptive ability as well as the acceptance of muhi-cultural diver- guarantee of strengthening the international exchange and cooperation and realizing global economic development and prosperity. By referring to the experience of Yantai Vocational College in the field of college -enterprise cooperation, this paper adopts the research methods of questionnaire survey and interview, and puts forward the cultivation model of foreign language competence of enterprise employees. This model includes the combination of improving enterprise employees' foreign making language ability with profession, culture and practice, and use of the network for autonomous learning as well.
