摘  要:科学合理的评价体系是帮助师范生高效提高教学技能的关键。文章构建了师范生教学技能在线评价体系,集定性评价与定量评价为一体,其中定量量表设计遵循渐进、简易、助学、兼容原则,特别适合师范生新手使用,做到以评促学;评价指标兼顾各个学科的共性及特色,支持评价多元化,在实施过程中受到师生好评。Scientific and reasonable evaluation system plays a critical role in efficiently improving students' teaching skills. This paper proposes an online teaching skill evaluation system combining the qualitative and quantitative evaluations, with its quantitative scale design following the principles of gradual advance,simple operation,beneficial for academic achievements and compatibility. Therefore,it is especially suitable for normal university freshmen and their evaluation will further promote the teaching. Its evaluation indicators take account of the universality and unique features of each discipline,supports diversification of evaluation and are well received by teachers and students.
