摘 要:芬兰近些年教育的成功引起了众多国家的关注。从学生制服表象背后的个性化教育,整体性与个别性教育,是否能够公平对待每一个孩子,教师是否具有高度的教育自由与较高的素质等方面进行中芬比较,可以让人们更好地认识二者之间的差异,并在认识芬兰教育优势和中国教育所存问题的基础上,明确改革的方向和必要性,以此为中国教育的改革提供一些有益的借鉴。Finland,attracts many countries' attention in recent years mainly because of its successful education.The comparison between Chinese education and Finland education are focused on the following aspects:The individualized education behind the image of the student uniforms;The holistic or individualized education;Whether every child can be treated fairly;And whether the teachers are with perfect freedom on their education work and high quality.Therefore,people can better understand the differences between the two countries and the direction and necessity of the reform on the basis of understanding the advantages of education in Finland and the problems existing in China's education,so as to provide some reference for the reform of China's education.
