摘  要:目的探讨形成性评价在消化内科住院医师规范化培训中的教学效果。方法选取2017年1月—2018年3月在本院消化内科进行规培的临床医学专业的住院医师共102人作为研究对象。将其随机分为对照组(终结性评价考核)及试验组(形成性评价考核),每组各51人。以中期、出科考核成绩和问卷调查进行效果评价。结果试验组出科考核及总评成绩的平均分均高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。试验组的形成性评价成绩与出科考试成绩呈正相关(r=0.869,P<0.01)。试验组对规范化培训的总体满意程度高,学习积极性及互动性有所提高。结论形成性评价能够增强消化内科住院医师规范化培训效果。Objective To investigate the teaching effect of formative evaluation in resident standardization training from department of gastroenterology. Methods A total of 102 residents of clinical medicine specializing in digestive medicine from January 2017 to March 2018 were selected as subjects. They were randomly divided into control group (summative assessment) and experimental group (formative assessment) with 51 people in each group. The results were evaluated by mid-term, out of class examination results and questionnaires. Results The average score of the test group was higher than that of the control group, the diference was statistically signifcant (P 〈 0.05). The formative assessment scores of the experimental group were positively correlated with the scores of the entrance examination (r=0.869, P 〈 0.01). The experimental group was generally satisfed with the standardized training, and the learning enthusiasm and interaction were improved. Conclusion The formative evaluation improved the teaching effect of resident standardization training from department of gastroenterology.
