精准扶贫视角下高职院校资助育人的实现路径

摘　　要：高职院校学生资助工作关系到教育公平和全面建成小康社会目标的实现。精准扶贫视角下开展家庭经济困难学生资助育人工作,对于实现精准资助和高职院校大学生的成长成才具有重要意义。当前,高职院校资助工作取得了巨大的进步,但也存在着配套政策有待提升、队伍建设资源有限、资助资金需要开源、重资助轻育人等问题。要解决这些问题,必须强化资助育人理念、优化精准育人体系、强化发展资助、加强诚信教育、提高失信成本。The work of student financial assistance in higher vocational colleges is related to the realization of educational equity and the goal of building a well off society in an all round way. It is of great significance to carry out the support and education of students with family economic difficulties in the perspective of accurate poverty alleviation, which is of great importance to the realization of accurate funding and adult talent in higher vocational colleges. There have been great progress and development in the current financial aid work of higher vocational colleges, but there are still some problems such as supporting policies are need to be promoted, the resources of the team are limited, the funding needs to be open source, and the people are heavily funded. To solve these problems, we must strengthen the concept of subsidized education, optimize the precise education system, strengthen development subsidy, strengthen honesty education, and improve the cost of breaking faith.
