摘  要:伴随教师专业化发展理念的深入人心,为解决中学体育教材教法课程存在的与学校体育学课程内容重复率过高,教学重理论、轻实践等问题,对中学体育教材教法的教学目标、教学内容、教学方法、教学评价等进行改革,并采用文献资料法、问卷调查法、数理统计法等对教学改革效果进行探析.研究结果表明:教改后,学生的职业意识、职业认识、职业定位、学习主动性及教学技能水平均呈不同程度的积极转变.With the development of teacher professionalization, the problems existing in course of physical educa- tion teaching material and methods in middle schools are more obvious, such as extremely massive repeated contents with course of school physical education, paying more attention to theory but less to practice and so on. In order to solve these problems, try to explore the effects of reformation in aspects of the reform instructional objectives, con- tents of courses, teaching methods and teaching evaluation, and applying documentary method, questionnaire meth- od and statistical method. The results indicate that the aspects, such as students' professional awareness, profes- sional recognition, career anchor, learning initiative and teaching skills and so on, arc getting positive change after reformation.
