摘 要:"互联网+"下外卖食品是把互联网和餐饮食品行业融为一体之后所产生的一种新业态。"互联网+"下的外卖食品具有配送快速、价格优惠、节省时间等优点,让外卖商家和消费者、第三方网络平台在多个时空进行"零见面"交易。当下,网络外卖行业一路高歌猛进,已经成为人们普遍的消费模式。而这一时尚的消费形式不停给食品的安全监管带来各种问题。本文在分析"互联网+"下外卖食品存在食品安全问题、安全监管困境的基础上,提出了相应的解决思路,完善法律法规及行业标准,建立统一完善的监、管、评综合性平台,做到全流程食品安全体系的建设,以此督促网络外卖食品安全监管的标准化精准化管理,保护消费者权益。Take-out food under "internet plus" is a new form of business that combines the internet and the catering industry. Under "internet plus", take-out food has the advantages of rapid delivery, favorable price and time saving. Besides, take-out stores, consumers and third-party online platforms can conduct "zero meeting" transactions in multiple time and spaces through the network. At present, the online take-out industry has been leaping forward and has become a popular consumption pattern. While this fashionable form of consumption constantly brings various problems to the safety supervision of food. Based on the analysis of the problems existing in the "internet plus" and the difficulties of safety supervision, this paper put forward the corresponding solutions, including improving laws and regulations and industry standards, establishing a comprehensive platform for supervision, management and evaluation to achieve the construction of a food safety system for the whole process, so as to supervise the standardized management of the safety supervision of internet takeaway food and protect consumers' rights and interests.
